I got spc for Sanyo katana LX:
I used UniCDMA 1.095, phone was on 1 com port, memory 0x02336A70 set the bytes to 1703936. Then i read bin file with Hex workshop . Spc is located in the end of bin file. I am new person I cant say exactly place. Just try all six digits which u have in the end of bin file (its not too much).

I got this straight from doing a google search for this phone for the SPC. This is what I call "The poorman's method". You will have to search to get the rest. Good luck.
