It was a person's birthday present so I'm on a timeline and need to know whether or not the purchase was confirmed. My cart had been emptied, and on the Karmaloop checkout page it said it was confirmed- however I have yet to receive a order confirmation let alone a shipping confirmation. Who should I contact and what should I do? Please help!
