K750i 'telstra active' phone! help

i have a k750 i just purchased and i am with optus, but the phone is a telstra phone and has 'telstra active' all over it, is there some program i can download to get rid of it, i dont want it, i just want a k750i without any of that phone compay internet/phone bullsht.
