K1M MonsterPack problem

Ok I was thinking about switching from my ppc6700 to K1M sprint which I flashed with the monsterpack to cricket service but now the phone all I see is the battery indicator and a black screen but when I power off and on the screen is working I tried flashing in bootloader mode and still same outcome am I doing something wrong? Could someone help ?
