My fiancée entered the united states under a k-1 visa; unfortunately she was unable to adjust to American culture and she has returned home to her native country. Is there documentation I need to file to explain that she went home? Is there any thing I should do? Also is it possible for to enter the U.S. with another “vacation” visa?
