Thought I'd pop in to say happy anniversary to my surgery sister and see how you're doing.
I'm doing pretty well -- working on losing my "winter weight" and back holding up okay. Still have flare ups and go to PT refreshers, but the back has been behaving lately so I'm grateful.
Let me know how you are. I haven't been on these boarRAB in forever. I guess that's a good sign in some ways!
