Just want someone to talk to.

just paranoid over so many things like making myself think that i have to do things or something bad with happen like kiss something before i go to bed every night and if i forget i panic and cannot sleep and think something bad will happen like die in my sleep or something.
I donno i just want someone to talk to to help get through the day or something.. :(
 
no i dont see a therapist i just think i would be to complicated and it would just be a big waste of time.. I know there probably is alot worse out there but im just a bunch of everything. and i can not make decissions im either easily persuased to think anyother way or just very hypocritical about things.. i really dont no lol..
 
This definitely sounRAB like you may have OCD. Having to do certain things (or else you feel panicked and anxious) would be the "rituals" people with OCD often go through. You might want to check out that board! It's usually a gradual process to get better with these things. As mentioned, therapy is an option, but there are other options too. I'd check out the OCD board and ask some others who suffer from rituals to see what they have done that helped. I do have anxiety, but not this particular kind that you do. I have mild OCD symptoms, but they're more of the type where I count steps, like the labels on bottles to face me, etc. They aren't severe enough to interfere with my life, but if your rituals are causing a lot of stress on your life, definitely look into gradually stopping them!
