Just upgraded to $60 plan; still no video play on Blackberry Storm?

Just upgraded from the $40 plan to the $60.
Very disappointed.

These are the features I added.

plus mobile video entertainment
plus roaming (100 min. included)
plus international text
plus mobile email
plus data backup
plus navigation

When I try to play video, it does try to load.
I get a green icon in the right hand corner that will say "Loading..."
But after less than a minute I get one or both of these error messages.

"Content not Available. Server is blocked or unresponsive."

"An error occurred attempting to play media"

I am not very knowledgeable about how flashed phones work.
I pay for a local store to flash my phones for me.

So,
could the video's not playing be something that could be fixed in the flash.
Or, is this on Crickets end?

And what does this e-mail feature the plan comes with do.
I already use Gmail on the phones browser before I upgraded.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm,
strange I was told by a Blackberry user that flashed my last phone that he ran the old $65 3G Motorola Evoke plan and got full internet with video play on his Blackberry Storm.

The Evoke "HTML Data" addon is different than the $60 plan. You would want to get with a meraber here who offers to modify accounts to get the proper plan add on added on. Jammis comes to mind.

The HTML add on was only available with the old plans once you switch to a new one there's no going back. As for adding it as a BB you can try but to my understanding it's not going to work.
Reason is service books and something about a BIS/BES pin assigned to the device.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry9530/5.0.0.419 Profile/MIDP-2.1 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

I have a flashed storm with the $50 plan and as of last week all video sites now work fine. I didn't add anything. They just started working.

Which plan are you putting em on? Do any of the apps work that did not before (besides the ones needing BIS of course).

Yup,
video just started working all the sudden a couple weeks ago.

Maybe some changes were made to there stetup, because of the Blackberry & Android roll out.
