I just took the exam 2 hours ago and I didn't seem to know most of the questions. Infact I guessed at most 
The sad part is I studied really hard and a lot. My test was mainly on deeds, appraisals and loans. Not my best subjects that for sure. I just want to know if anyone else studied really hard and didn't pass. And if they took the test again and passed.
