just took my 2000 ford explorer to the shop to get spark plgs and the wires

changed friday? it was running fine and still is.. my husband today noticed that it is smoking, but smoking around the wires or somewhere up there.. any one know where could that be from.. any idea... my husband said that sometimes they will spray something on the wires, could it be that? ANY IDEA?
 
its probably penetrating oil and will burn off in a short while,if it doesn't take it back and have them check it,they are responsible for what they do to it,good luck.
