Okay so I just started at a gym, just had a baby 3months ago (csection, not sure if that matters or not) Anyways I'm trying to lose weight and then tone, maybe want to lose 20lbs. So my question is do I only do cardio until I lose the weight and then do the other things?
So far I'm only using elipticals and treadmills for 2hrs every few days, i'm going to start going every day soon still for 2hrs.
