Just read a headline about a church giving back by feeding the homeless? What did...

...they take from the homeless? Were they returning food stolen? Or could it be that the church was not giving back but giving to those in need with what they had managed to buy with money donated by parishoners? Why is it giving back when nothing was originally taken?
Chronos, I am very aware of those scriptures. What I am annoyed with is the idea that anyone who has anything must have taken it from someone else. The church did not take from the community or the homeless. The article could have more accurately said, "Church ministers to others" "Church practices pure and undefiled religion" Or "Church feeds the hungry with blessings from God" But instead it said that they were giving back. The church never took anything from these people. Maybe we should quit implying that we have something to give back. I have much to give but I do not need to give back bc I never took!
Lady B, WTH are you talking about. I said nothing about Fox and if I choose to donate money or buy a coat for a child it is not that I am paying anyone back or forward. I am choosing to minister to another person's need without the media's approval or the govt forcing the money from me!
