Here's the situation. The girls lmp is november 6th. She had sex on the 13th with one guy. He used a condom, and did not ejaculate. The sex ended before he even felt he needed to. Then on the 17th she slept with a different guy, no protection was used, and he ejaculated inside of her. She is now pregnant and assuming the father is the second guy. Would she be correct in assuming that until she can get a dna test? And just to make it clear, "she" is not code for me, lol so no need to attack, just want some opinions on this one. Thanks.
