Just joined a gym, what machines to use?

I just joined the local gym.

I play lacrosse, and im a goalie, so i need to be big, but also flexible and strong.

I am currently 5-11 175 lbs.

I have fat all around my body, but the main areas are my thighs, chest, and (Yes Man boobs).

I want to burn this fat, but also want to build up some muscle to replace it, so i can remain big in the net.


Could anyone give me any ideas which machines to focus on, or work outs to do?
