just how far does the 'lemon law' go?

i have a 2007 toyota yaris that i bought and had the people at the dealership install power-door locks and a cd player in for me. in the 2 years that i have owned the car the locks on my car have broken at least 5 times. i have taken my car back and fourth to the dealership to have them fixed only for them to break again. it is lucky for me that they have worked with me the whole time and have not charged me for the locks, but now they have broken again and it's very frustrating to have to deal with this when i feel like it shouldn't be an issue anymore. on top of that the cd player that they installed won't play cd's if my car sits in the sun for very long, which is hard to do seeing as i live in california.
i just want to know if i have any right (perhaps under the lemon law) to hold toyota accountable for this, or if it really is just bad luck?
