Just had my Motorola Droid professionally flashed. BUT have questions!

I paid to get a FULL flash on my motorla droid, If I do a FULL nandroid backup will that save all my settings in case I need them again?

Ultimate Droid Froyo eXtreme 1.2.5 supports iptables and cricket flashing, I was hoping to TRY to update with that, and in case all else fails backup the settings they flashed from a nandroid backup?
