Nope there is no autokeypad lock...there are some third party apps that can allow you to do this though.

google for an app called m-lock, you can place it on active standby and you can lock your phone in just one press

I've tried all of the auto lock options and IMO the only one worth having on the N80 is Handy Keylock. Reason? It allows you to auto-lock when you close the slide. You can also set a lock/unlock shortcut at the same time (for example, I use [pen] + center joystick to unlock with the slider closed).
