guidelines when................? ....someone who keeps deleting questions doesn't understand what a "rant" or "violating" community guidelines actually is? That's embarrassing.
When a person has an attitude or doesn't like something, that is no excuse for them to take it out on a person's questions. That's just mean and unfair.
