Quite likely. It will probably also be the most expensive option as well.
Be sure to query them about the size (megapixels) and the DPI of the files they provide. That is key information that will help you decide if they are providing a decent file or not for making reprints.
I once bought a license to reproduce images from a portrait that we had made at an Old Time studio and they gave me a disc that only had 340x210 images on it! What a rip-off.
