just bought a new bike, from a warehouse its not registered how do i do it?

Better take help of show room,or u can go to local / nearest RTA., office... complete the documentation n submit along with fee /original Invoice ,your proof of res address etc.,
 
the moped is new. but it doesnt have any licence plates or anything, how do i register it to the dvla? and how do i get my 3 year m.o.t certificate? i know how to insure/tax it so thats not a problem. could you please tell me how to do it step by step? thanks
thanks a lot for your answers but the thing is that they cant supply me with a "registration pack" so how do i obtain one to register it, get the number plates and have my mot certificate? cheers
