so yesterday i got a new laptop battery for my XPS m1330 and it was working fine, charging up to 100% and working without the AC adapter. i put it to sleep mode overnight and took it with me to school, when I was at school, it wouldn't turn on and I didn't have an AC adapter with me... so when i got home aka right now i plugged it in, and it's working off of the adapter, but the battery isn't charging, when i unplug the AC adapter the 84% of battery apparently didn't work at all the the laptop just instantly shuts down due to no power... i believe this may be a motherboard problem, but any suggestions? and no i don't think it's under warranty... but the new battery is...
Just Bought a new battery yesterday, and today it says"plugged in, not charging"?
