ok so i bought a new phone off ebay (LG neon) and then i went to best buy and bought a new att sim card. how do i activate it? i never had a phone before. i am going to use the phone as a go phone. i already bought a $60 prepaid card. so now what do i do? how do i activate the new sim card i bought?
