Just bought a freshwater master test kit, do these values make sense?

Nitrite 0.0
Nitrate 10
PH 7.4
I have had my 10 gal tank for 8 days.
I have 3 Tiger Barbs, 1 Crypto Lutea plant, 1 small amazon sword plant, 1 anubia on driftwood.

Do these values seem right? How much longer do u think until my tank is done cycling?
I am using stress zyme for bacteria
