Just bought a 2009 Honda Civic and my car is missing the center console cushion?

I just bought a 2009 Honda Civic VP last night and my center console doesn't have a cushion for it. It has an empty lid. I thought that it was weird and the salesmen told me that is how it was made. I purchased the car and my friend who is a detailer said that it is suppossed to come with a center console top/cushion. I felt like I was lied to. I know I signed some paperwork that said that this car is sold as is, but I believe that the dishonesty has really pissed me off.

What should I do?
