Okay, so I think I am all set. I have downloaded what I neede according to this tutriol:
1. Download UniPST
2. Download cricket prl
3. Download a900 unipst dll
4. Connect phone, load UniPST and select a900 from the manufacturer menu.
5. Click Load PRL on the left side.
6. Click browse and choose the prl you downloaded. Must be .prl not .rla
7. Load prl to phone
8. Call cricket and activate
I have yet to connect the phone and start...
Before I do so I had a few questions. Once I do this and the prl is loaded on, etc. What happens when I call Cricket (aside from the phone being activated)? More or less what I mean is how do I make sure I have text messaging set up and enabled properly? What about making sure that 611 actually dials into Cricket and not Sprint?
I guess that was all I really had. I am really excited to start using my A900 again. BTW, whats the word on getting WAP to work and also picture messaging? Picture messaging I dont use so often but WAP is something I use frequently. Last I read picture messasing was not working yet and that leaRAB me to my next question. Will I still be able to recieve picture messages?
