Juke on Cricket ...

Has anyone been able to flash the verizon juke to cricket yet? I have one and I was wondering how I go about doing it. I assume I follow the same procedure for the u740, but I only see the mms and wap steps... I have all the tools I just need to be pointed in the right direction.. thanks
 
the mms is in the thread with his tutorial for u740 or something...the wap is just a matter of finding where to program it...man i need a juke to play with just for a day...a little side project.
 
use my u410 tutorial, and yes, use the u540 dll. Worked the same way except connecting it to the computer in the first place, but randomwit blessed my tutorial with that info.
 
send it my way and i'll do the mms at no cost...i think the consensus of most peeps is that there is no wap...

i heard there was, but failed to find a web browser when i finally flashed one...

if you send it, i'll look to see if i can find something...but i trust the word of a few experienced guys here that said no wap...

btw- i can ship it back, but you have to pay for shipping it to me.
 
I usually have no problems with flashing a juke for customers but today something went wrong.

Before I flashed the phone there was signal and it was still with verizon. After I flashed the phone it had service and was with Cricket. But then as soon as we changed the ESN and I programmed the nuraber in the phone through CDMA Workshop it just keeps searching for service and no matter how many times I flash prl's it just won't work.

So I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem is.

I think the problem came when I programmed the nuraber with CDMA Workshop but I hope that isn't the problem.
 
keep trying dif prls? and i got a few jukes here, but on one, i has service, its on a acct, but anytime i try put mdn and min in, well i go make a call, and its saying call 611, and it did not have a mdn in it when guy brought it in, and cdma workshop wont write it, so i did it manually, but i cant get it to work. any ideas?
 
try making the min and mdn the customers phone nuraber i had this same problem on a vx8550 made the min and mdn the same got it to ota an now it works just fine haven't been able to get it to ota again just the one time hope this helps im getting a juke to play with next week maybe i can help more then if you havent gotten it already
 
sometimes using LG Download to write the PRL works for me, and the I OTA and it works, i had an env that didn't want to be flash no matter what, and i wrote the PRL with LG Download OTA and it worked
