I've been thinking of opening a juice bar that would essentially serve fruit smoothies with alcohol, in addition to appetizers. Ideally, the establishment would be a combination of a lounge and dance hall with a karaoke stage. Does this sound like a lucrative idea that would generate revenue and buzz?
