The constitution doesnt have every law in it, where does it say in the constitution about upholding the law or so forth.Basically what I am saying, I know police are allowed to use discretion and look the other way in some cases (like lets just say someone is breaking the law but they are also trying to save the world,police dont have to do anything) so if this was the case for a judge and he has to uphold the constitution where does discretion come in?
