Okay so I'm kinda new at drawing and stuff. I'm kind of doing anime with my own twist.
This picture looked A LOT better in pencil. I think the computer program (GIMP) just ruined it.
But tell me if you like the idea. What could I do better?

If you can show me some better programs that are made for this type of thing. If I scan it with just colored pencil or something it comes up so light its almost invisible.
