Judge Judy - Is anyone else annoyed by Byrd, the bailiff?

I love this show, watching it right now but I hate Byrd and his attitude. He acts like he is someone important and "cool". Whenever he picks up like a piece of paper from the counter, he always looks away and then just swipes the paper of the plaintiff/defendant, like with a whatever attitude. When Judge Judy asks him a question, he has the same attitude.
Ugh, get over yourself.

AGREE! OMG, I cringe every time someone has to hand something to him. He seems like he's so put out. And if it's not that, he seems irritated like he has an attitude. I think he needs to be replaced by someone that WANTS to be on the show!
