So in court for temp custody hearing the judge had told my ex and I to share our sons birthdays half days. When we went in for our divorce with a different judge to finalize anything our divorce and everything it wasn't mentioned or on our decree. So now he is saying since I didn't sign anything for his birthday to be shared he is arguing saying that I signed for every other year cause they threw in the laws of ohio for child support and stapled it to the papers. So do I go by the judges word or every other year????? I wish he could be civil but he dont know how to!
