...confused...? 1. These are my charges.
Motor Vehicle Insurance Fraud (2 counts)
Attempted Larceny Over $250 (2 counts)
Conspiracy to Commit Motor Vehicle Insurance Fraud

2. My lawyer told me if i tell the truth on what happened, that i will get 3 years probation and no conviction. All i would have to do is agree to sufficient facts, on record and testify in a trial on the truth. And what ever i dont know i dont know.
3. I need to know if the AG is trying to make me incriminate myself, and later i'll get screwed. Now i have asked my lawyer that i want the deal made on paper. But all he stated was that everything would be taken on record when i agree to tell the truth..
Note : I am so confused and im thinking that i am getting tricked and later regret any decision i make. What do i have to look out for?? Soon as i say something its on record, for trial when that comes.
A,)A friend told me, sometimes when u do say something on record. The courts can charge you for something else they did not charge you and end up screwing u over. I told my lawyer, to write me an email with everything he told me so i can have it as a carbon copy with date and everything so there is no surprises. ... .Any feed back guys,..
B.I have finals that im studying for and i need to see everything in all angles, i belive the courts are rushing me to make a decision that will impact me in my life. Can i ask to look over this after my finals that will be done in a week. I was given 2 weeks, but i have classes and could not meet with my lawyer and over look all the situation....
C.My last court, there was a lobby conference, with the judge, the Attorney General and my lawyer. I wonder if i dont make a decision on the due date, will the same deal be on the table????
