Joomla HTML comments or forums?

I need a forum or comment extension for joomla I tried !joomlacomment and kunena forum but when someone replies with a html Link it doesn't allow anyone to click on it. I need one that will allow users to post a comment with an HTML link so I can click on it. It's kind of mandatory for my users to post several links.

I am looking for one that supports this code.
<a href="URL">link</a>

anyone have any suggestions?
