Hey all, I have a bad back with degeneration at L3-L4 and L7-S1. At both
discs it shows vertabrea on vertabrea and I also have awful muscle spasms in that area. My question is can my hip, knee and/or ankle joints become achy and painful too? I have slight nerve damage down my right leg on the right side and the same thing on the left. I am out of work for now as I cannot sit for stand for long perioRAB of time.
