Hey guys, im new to this whole thing, no idea how it works. Im just curious to know how long this joint pain usually lasts? i got a real bad hive attak a few months ago ( maybe 2) and for the first time, only my left elbow joint is messed up! i mean its not like pain, its like a sharp quick pain at some points while bending my elbow. Really wierd. But anyways, yes my doctor says its the allegery that caused it, which im sure it is (which im allegeric to dust mites). But man it has not stopped in months! i mean it has decreased a lott, but its still there. If i work out - cause im the kind of kid who neeRAB to work out throughout the week - it hurts again (not as bad as the first time, but a little worse). I cant work out my chest basically because i cannot add a lot of pressure to it - or it'll feel like it will collapse. very wierd again...lol. its really getting annoying. I just want to know if working out - not major working out, just here a there - does it make it worse? what is going on?

Thanks in advance a lottt

Bryant

Info
-It is not sprained or anything - according to doctor
-It does seem like its going away - just doesnt lol

-I do get hives over time

interesting! i've never heard of joint pain from allergies and i'm allergic to everything inside and out! anyway, it could be inflammation. try aleve. if that doesn't help try physical therapy. they can ease you back into your routine and tell you what to do and what not to do.

well, it went away.. kinda weirdly heh. The way i got rid of it was by forcefully working it out...i was always scared to work it out so i never did - but one day i said i will bench regardless and the very next day.....it went away.. Like magic - no idea why
