This past year my son broke his arm playing pop warner football. The year before he suffered a concussion. I have joint custody with his mother and we both live in the state of Nevada. My question is if I don't want him playing football anymore and to move on to baseball or basketball do I have any rights if she signs him up. Can I instruct the pop warner league that I didn't want him to play and he will not be playing. Further more if the do not listen do I have the right to sue. I do not want him playing and I'm tired of his mother not even consulting me on stuff like this.
