can one parent which the child does not live with but has joint custody of make big decisions and sign for stuff without the consent of the other parent which who the child is living with
does it matter how big or small the decision is
example:
if my son wants to move out at 17 and his mom who he lives with says no and dad who he does not live with says yes because it is in the best interest in the child to not live with his mother can the father sign for him to live on his own
legally can the father do this by him self
