Im 5'1-5'2 and I weight about 139. I leave for Fort Leonard Wood Missouri January 26th.
I know I have to take the test before I even leave for basic, the 3 push ups 17 sit ups and a mile under 10:30
My problem is the running, I used to be a fast runner, (BUT not a long distance runner) but after high school I stopped doing stuff. And Im scared that I wont be able to keep up with everyone at BT. I can do sit ups and push ups fine. Its just the running.
Any ideas? besides run everyday, run 4 miles every other day? Can you give me some routines?
