Now i expect people to talk ****, but here i go anyway.
In 2007 i tryed to join the army. I got a 35 on the asvab, first try. They said i only needed a 31, then they would send me to go get my GED. Before i went to MEPS that day my recruiter drug tested me, and i told him i might come up hot for pot, but i didn't for some reason. So i was like what ever lets go to meps, then I ended up failing a drug test there after getting sworn in. Got kicked out after being in for a little over 5 day. Then i went back 45 days latter and passed, then they said since i failed a drug test they won't help me get my GED.
So i put it off for a year and a half then finaly got my GED at the begaining of 09 in january. At this point i learned i had to get a 50 on the asvab, i took it 3 times got a 36, 45, 49. Then they told me i had to wait 6 months to take it again. Since then they stoped waivers of all kinds which is what i'm told i need since i failed a drug test.
Well i called my recruiter the other day and asked him what was up. He said that they still arn't excepting waivers right now but on oct 1, i should call then a little after lunch because there was a chance they would except a few waivers then.
so i was just wondering what the chances where that i would be able to get into the army then? I meen i'm fit, and have not smoked pot in about a year and a half, since it screwed me over so bad before.
