Joining military in about 4-5 months need fitness plan?

I have always planned to join military after my college was done but im half way through and am not going to be able to finish to to increasing tuition and living expenses i need to drop about 10 pounds a month or a little more i need to know how many miles a day i should do,how many situps, push ups and i also have a wieght machine my classes are mainly online so i want to know maximum workout and diet tips so i can be prepared and what time should i start waking up to get used to the military life style? thanks for the help
