Joining a famous Football club in england?

if u ppl out there play soccer(football) please answer my question. I play football and im good at it, and i really wanna carry it on seriously.lolz i wanted to know if it's difficult to play in a pro football club in england like MAN UNITED or CHELSEA or ARSENAL??
i mean how do these players play for these awesome clubs and get paid heavily?? like they're given a CONTRACT and ..... MONEYYYYY......lol
