I'm 5'5 tall and 128 lbs I have been exercising everyday for about 2 weeks I was 135 lbs but I lost 7 lbs...I've been trying to have a healthy diet by eating more fruits and veggies and smaller portions, but I've noticed that my hips and stomach bulge out more..they seem bigger? my stomach looks a lot wider...is it suppose to be like this or am I doing something wrong? I can't tell if I'm building or losing muscle....how do I burn this annoying fat around my mid section~! ???
