Jobs in the bike industry?

I am 17 years old and want a full time job in the bike industry. I have applied for Evans cycles and cycle surgery but no luck. I live in Barnet, London and would like a job in any bike shop or any job to do with bikes. If anyone knows of anything that would really help me a lot. Thanks
