Sometime between 1989 and 1992, Harbaugh was leading the Chicago Bears in a two-minute drill. Instead of spiking the ball to stop the clock for a field goal, he took a knee. The clock continued to run, and Ditka almost blew a gasket.

What year was this game and who were they playing?
