JetSet troubles

i have a problem my jetset when ever i connect the usb data cable to it does not ask me if it should go into mass storage mode. also the computer does not recognize it. it was working fine then one day it just wouldnt connect can anybody help me with this or do i have to take it to a corp store

update drivers, go to settings usb connection or the like and set it how you want it in the fone

ive uninstalled and reinstalled usb drivers. in fact ive tried on three computers and it doesnt recognize it. ive also tried the usb cable with another phone
