Jersey gardens outlet in NYC?

Hi I'm Holly and I'm going to New York next week and I have a couple of questions;

1) I'm planning on going to 'Jersey Gardens' fashion outlet in New Jersey, I know I can get a bus from Port authority on 8th avenue, but which one?

2) How much does it cost to get the bus? 30$?

Any tips for the eight hour flight, let me know!
