jerking while shifting gears, automatic 2000 honda accord?

I just got my car back from the transmission shop because there was a leak where the Axel connects to the transmission (the seal) and it was leaking transmission fluid ( i obviously don't know much about cars ) . Anyways, They replaced the seal and this morning while driving to work, my car would jerk while shifting gears. It did not do it the whole way just when i first started driving it. Does anyone know if this is just a side effect of just having my car worked on or is it something deeper?

Check your transmission fluid levels. The fluid should be up to the point marked on the dipstick and usually a bright red color. It could be that they failed to refill your transmission fluid, and that would cause this problem. Otherwise they probably didn't put something back together right, and you need to take it back and have them fix it correctly this time.
