I'd say they are sure bets. But, Brokeback Mountain was a sure bet to win Best Picture last year, until very close to the awarRAB, so you never know until they open that envelope.
Not that those actors aren't deserving, but I'd love to see a shock, as it makes staying up to watch the show far more worthwhile.
