Jehovah’s Witnesses: Is our governing body strong enough to repel an attack on it by...
...the vast apostate army? From my experience as a warrior for Jehovah on Y/A, I am beginning to get a bit concerned about this. I’m thinking we need to totally trust (and pray!) that Jehovah will intervene in a mighty way.
My firm belief is that Jehovah will step in to protect His earthly interests in Brooklyn (see Proverbs 8:10). Being that the governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses is operating under the direction of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, is there a sufficiently powerful foe that can defeat Jehovah's people? Can the apostate hordes be repelled by Jehovah? What say you?
Here’s what I think: The Bible does prophesy about the attack of Gog of Magog and his armies (which is Satan and his apostate forces) coming against Jehovah's people. But the true servants of Satan are the ones who make the claim of his being the leader of Jehovah's Witnesses. Such blasphemous claims serve as proof that the ones making those claims worship Satan. These delusional and truly mentally sick people will also accuse us of being a cult. It’s pathetic, don’t you think?
@ Sheltie: Praise Ja! Thanks for the encouragement sister.
