JEEP YJ Can I fit 33s on a 3 inch body lift with a 1 1/4 shackle?

I can get a deal on new goodyear duratracs for 904 installed, size is 33 x 12.50 x 15, and I can get a 3 inch body, and a 1 1/4 shackle kit for 180. $$. I have a pic of a YJ i found that is what I want my jeep to look like, same year, same jeep, only a 3 inch body on 33's. http://www.dirtroad.com/rryj3.htm top of the page, its a YJ, but I have a 95, his is a 92. Still A YJ, thanks guys , just a daily show off driver. haha
 
In short, yes, they may rub if you're doing heavy off roading, or if you have wide rims with little backspacing sticking them way out past the fenders. But in most cases they will be absolutely fine.
